動物空間基因組試劑盒是根據DLO Hi-C的原理,設計出來的一款方便實用的建庫試劑盒(DLO Hi-C 2.0),在原來實驗的基礎上進行了優(yōu)化改良,使實用性更強,操作更加簡便。避免page膠的使用,降低操作難度,改進的接頭引物,減少了文庫擴增時二聚體的產生,大大提高了擴增效率,降低回收純化的復雜性。
整個實驗過程僅需要兩天即可得到合格的測序文庫,且使用范圍廣泛,該試劑盒已經成功應用于THP-1人外周的單核細胞系,A549人非小細胞肺泡細胞和口腔上皮等各種細胞系;各種動物組織(腦,肝,腎等)和腫瘤組(宮頸癌,膀胱癌,肝癌等)等等。
